Do you offer a trial membership if I’m not sure that I want to join?

All new members get a 7 day free trial. Simply contact us, book in and your trial commences from that day.

I haven’t done CrossFit before is it for me?

Every CrossFit session is scaled so regardless of your fitness levels and abilities or injuries you can attend. If your still not sure we do introductory sessions for beginners 1 on 1 with a trainer. Simply contact us and ask for an introduction.

I have some friends visiting. Do you offer guest passes?

Everyone can use the 7 day free trial. Simply bring them down and we can do the rest!
